Leadership About Crittenden Health Systems We at CHS are an integral part of the community in Crittenden, Caldwell, Lyon, and Livingston Counties. We are your neighbors, your family, and your friends. We share your hopes and sorrows. We are there for you when you need us. We have an important job, which we take very seriously — and that job is to take care of you and your family’s health. Our EMS ambulances are right there on the scene when accidents happen. And, we help you prepare when planned surgeries are necessary. CHS is there when you find yourself needing home health care for you and your loved ones. We are in the community supporting your health with community health fairs, school events, special community events, and customized business sponsored health events. Most importantly, we are here when you need us. We have a friendly, qualified staff of caring people who want to make your visit as pleasant as can be. Our staff continually seeks further education and training so they are knowledgeable about new techniques and treatments. We are one of the largest employers in the area, so chances are you know someone employed by CHS. Open communication is very important to us. We constantly seek our patients’ and associates’ opinions to improve our processes and ways of thinking. Your opinions are held in high regard. We also work very hard to keep your health information confidential and abide by the new “HIPAA” laws pertaining to patient information.
