Electronic Paystub Instructions


First Time User Setup


The steps below will allow you to register for your new account for the TruBridge electronic paystub service. Please note, you must first be paid through the CPSI payroll system at least once after the initiation of this service prior to registering. This enables the website to verify a user's employment before giving them access to the site.

Go to https://paystub.trubridge.net and click the New User? link to be taken to the New User
Registration screen to proceed with setting up your new account.

At this screen, you will need to enter the following information:
o Hospital Code: critten - B - 01
o Your 5-digit Employee #
o Last 4 digits of your Social Security #
o Your Email Address (This can be a work or personal email. If you do not have a valid email address, please see your HR/PR department for assistance.)
o Check the Email Notification box if you wish to receive notification each time new detail is uploaded to your account.

Clicking REGISTER will move you to the next step of the registration process. At this point, you should receive an email with a link to bring you back to the electronic paystub website to finalize your registration, so you will need to access your email and find this message.

Upon clicking the link in your email, you will be taken to a page which indicates you need to set up a user ID and password for your new account. Click the Click here link to proceed.

At this new screen, you will need to enter the following information:
A User ID of your choosing (We recommend users not use just their employee number for this field. Please note the user id must be strictly alphanumeric; no special characters are allowed.)
A Password of your choosing, and then again to Verify Password (Please note the password must be strictly alphanumeric; no special characters are allowed.)
Last 4 digits of your Social Security #

Clicking Login will check that the requested user ID is available and that the selected password does not contain any special characters. Provided both of those conditions are met, the registration process will be completed and you will be signed in to your account to view any available paystubs.

Please note, if there is a problem with the user ID, password, or the last 4 digits of the SSN entered on this screen, you will be given an error message and the ability to move back to this point to correct any entry or to select a new user ID if the one you chose is already in use. Please be certain to use the link provided to bring you back to that screen and not the back arrow in your browser.

Forgotten User ID or Password


Should you forget your user ID or password, please click the Forgot your user id or password link at https://paystub.trubridge.net. This will direct you to the Reset User ID and Password page. Each field must be entered exactly as they were during your original setup. You will need to enter a company #. This is the two-digit number that was used in the Hospital Code field during initial account registration. Clicking RESET will send an email to you with a link that allows you to get back to the User ID setup page to have your user name and password reset. At this time, you will have to input a different user ID than you have used in the past in order to complete the reset.
