Crittenden Community Hospital

At Crittenden Community Hospital, we strive to excel in every aspect of our service, while recognizing that people are our greatest resource. Our purpose is to make our patients healthier through caring service. Our staff is committed to professional excellence, superior customer service, and state-of-the-art health care. You are our welcomed guest, and we have made every effort to ensure that your needs are met. However, if at any time you need further assistance, just ask any of our associates, and they will assist you. After all, every health care facility has four walls; it's the contents that set them apart.

We at CCH are an integral part of the community in Crittenden, Union, Lyon, Caldwell, Livingston, Webster and surrounding counties and southern Illinois. We are your neighbors, your family and your friends. We share your hopes and sorrows. We are here for you when you need us.

We have an important job, which we take very seriously - and that job is to take care of you and your family's health. Our EMS ambulances are right there on the scene when accidents happen. We help you to prepare and plan surgeries as healthcare procedures become necessary. CCH is there when you find yourself needing home health care for you and your loved ones. We are in the community supporting your health with community health fairs, educational events, special community events and customized business sponsored events. Most importantly, we are here when you need us.

We have a friendly, qualified staff of caring people who want to make your visit as pleasant as it can be. Our staff continually seeks further education and training so they are knowledgeable about new techniques and treatments. We are one of the largest employers in the area, so chances are you know someone employed by CCH.

Open communication is very important to us. We constantly seek our patients' and associates' opinions to improve our processes. Your opinions are held in high regard.

We work very hard to keep your health information confidential and abide by all laws pertaining to patient information. We ask for your comments so we can improve our care and services by completing our survey questionnaires and telling us what went well and where we can improve.

Thank you for exploring our web site. We hope you find your visit to be informative, answering any questions you may have about our organization. If at any time you would like further assistance, please feel free to contact us at (270) 965-5281.
