Location: Crittenden Community Hospital - Marion, KY
Department: Laboratory
Employment Type: Full-time & PRN Nights
Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Full-time)

Position Summary
As an MLT/MT, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, high-quality lab results that directly impact patient care.
Essential Responsibilities
•Performing routine and specialized testing
•Collecting and processing specimens
•Maintaining quality control and proficiency testing
•Managing lab supplies and inventory
•Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of results
•Collaborating with clinical staff to support excellent patient outcomes
Education
•Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Science or Applied Science
Certification
MT/MLS (ASCP) or equivalent, MLT (ASCP), (AMT), NCA, or equivalent
